Great marriages don't just happen!

This workshop is designed to help couples make a Conscious Commitment to establishing a marriage rooted in mindfulness, mutual respect, and open communication.

 

Participants will learn new skills to deepen intimacy and explore practical strategies for building a lifelong partnership while learning to navigate challenges with compassion and understanding.

Workshop Overview

Module 1: Conscious Connection

This module equips participants with essential skills to develop and deepen meaningful relationships and improve emotional intelligence. Couples will explore the principles of attunement and empathy; learning to deeply understand and respond to others emotions. Through self-awareness and emotional ownership, individuals learn to regulate emotions, find neutrality in conflict, and engage in effective relationship repair, fostering deeper connection and resilience.

Module 2: Building a Strong Partnership

This module helps couples align their values and practical skills by exploring belief systems, financial planning, and household management. Participants will learn different financial models, set short- and long-term goals, and develop strategies to balance work, family, and leisure for a sustainable and fulfilling partnership.

Deliverables for Module 2:

Module 3: Deepening Intimacy & Trust

This module focuses on creating deeper, more authentic connections by exploring personal boundaries, consent, and attachment styles. Participants will learn how to establish and communicate healthy boundaries while understanding how their past experiences (trauma, core wounds etc.) influence their relationships. This module also guides individuals in building emotional safety and intimacy, identifying their core desires, and effectively sharing their desires and fantasies with partners. By the end, participants will have the tools to foster trust, respect, and vulnerability in their relationships.

Module 4: The Relationship Contract & Values Statement
Using the knowledge and skills developed throughout Modules 1-3, participants will create a relationship contract that embodies their shared values, acting as a North Star to navigate their life together.
